Our discount terms and conditions are simple and easy to understand.
Unless stated in a discount’s individual terms and conditions all discounts have the same terms which are as follows.
Just a heads up, you can’t mix and match discounts. The largest discount will always apply to save you the most money.
Discounts are only available for a specific time, and ou must have a signed contract with Fifty52 prior to the promotional period ending to save. A quote or estimate will not be valid, only a signed contract guarantees the price.
They are only valid for new customers and follow all of our standard contract terms and conditions.
Labor Day Sale 2025
Promotional Period: August 29, 2025 12:00 am to September 30, 2025 11:59 pm
Discount is only for new customers and is valid for all services scheduled during the promotional period. A signed contract and downpayment must be received for the discount to be applied. Estimates and quotes not converted to signed contracts by the end of the promotional period will be void and customer will be entitled to no discount.
All services excluding retainers receive a flat 20% off of their standard price.
Retainers have the following terms and conditions.
Retainers of 40 hours per month are discounted 20% off their normal price for the duration of the retainer. Retainers of less than 40 hours per month are discounted 10% off their normal price for the duration of the retainer.
Pricing will not change for the duration of your retainer even if we raise or change prices, the price at contract signing is the price for the retainer.
We require first and last month payments upfront for retainers.
If a retainer is cancelled and a new retainer is requested the discount will not be applied. If a retainer is decreased in hours and falls under 40 it will be repriced at the 10% discount for the duration of the retainer. If the retainer is increased in hours from under 40 to 40 or more the 10% discount remains in effect and will not be increased to 20%. If a retainer is increased in hours from 40 to a higher number of hours per month the 20% discount will apply to the new price. Note that increases in hours will require a payment to bring the last month amount previously paid to the new amount.
Retainers are based on availability and are limited to a max of 160 working hours per month cumulatively across clients.
All terms and conditions of retainers are provided in retainer quotes and they apply even to discounted retainers.
