Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Chester, Maryland, the company is distinguished by its hands-on ownership team, who lead all aspects of operations—including procurement, fulfillment, and on-site inventory support—to ensure exceptional service and operational continuity. For clients outside the core service area, Fasteners Rx offers reliable drop-ship fulfillment. Fasteners needed a website that made it easy for customers to find the information they need. We focused on creating a page that contains all of the information and links for their GSA contract which previously was just a side note on their website, as well as an about and contact page so customers know who they are dealing with and how to get in touch with sales reps. Additionally we made digital business cards for each of the sales reps so they can easily share their contact information via a link or by having someone scan their QR code.
